2. Program goals:

To assign each JIFF Participant to one JIFF Case Mentor (staff member) who will be responsible to help the JP work towards the realization of all personal and program goals
To match each JIFF participant with a community mentor for one year
To instruct JIFF participants in Life Skills Training lessons (covering topics such as: dating, leadership, parenting, manners, etc)
* To instruct JIFF participants in the concept of servant leadership, and to involve them in a minimum of 3 Community service activities (projects)
To involve JIFF participants in camping and/or leadership development opportunities as available and appropriate

* (Community Service Activities not required of JIFF participants that become employed while in JIFF).
