General Administrative Help - Basic help in the facility to include data entry, copying, faxing, etc. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Access; Telephone skills: Professional etiquette.
Flexible days and hours, any day Monday - Friday - 9:00-5:00pm.

Custodial Help:
Need 1 or 2 volunteers who could help us maintain clean JIFF facilities and a healthy environment.
Flexible days and hours, any day Monday - Friday - between the hours of 9:00-5:00pm.

Lawn Maintenance:
Need 1 or 2 volunteers who could help us maintain a clean and manicured lawn.
Flexible days and hours.  

Vehicle Maintenance Help:
Need 1-2 volunteers who could help us maintain our three vehicle including: oil change, lubrication, tire pressures, maintaining fuel & fluid levels, cleaning, etc. Flexible days and hours, between 9:00-5:00pm.  

HANDS-ON MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES

Tutors:
Need able tutors to work with urban youth enrolled in our J.I.F.F. program as they follow a structured tutorial program, Monday, Tuesday, 3:30-5:00pm.    

Mentors:  
One-on-one mentor 1 yr commitment: Meet once a week for 1-2 hours each meeting.   We will provide training and specific assistance and support.   (This program consists of: one youth - matched with one adult for - one year)  
Basically, these caring individuals would, as their schedules permitted, assist our Case Mentors as they help our JIFF Graduates continue to realize their specific goals: educationally, spiritually, physically, vocationally, relationally, and socially.

Correctional Facility Ministry:
Assist in leading small group Bible studies for incarcerated teenage boys at Shelby Training Center institution (hardware secure facility).   Must complete a C orrection C orporation of A merica background clearance.   Thursday - 6:45-8:15pm.   Group Bible Study curriculum provided.

Physical Fitness Facilitators:
Need individuals skilled and experienced in basketball and/or physical fitness using Nautilus & cardio equipment to instruct and support urban youth in their personal fitness goals while enrolled in the J.I.F.F. program.   Monday, Tuesday 3:30-6:00pm
